Meiji Shrine on a wet day... My last full day before upgrading to "resident" status!
Meiji Shrine sits smack dab in the middle of Tokyo - right next door to crazy, colorful Harajuku. You walk off the busy city streets, pass through a giant wooden torii, enter a peaceful forest, and then come face to face with this expansive place of worship. We had visited on my past trip, but it was just as impressive the second time.
